MADE TO ORDER INFORMATION

The majority of Hayley Cherkas clothes are made to order. Considering sustainability, it will ensure there’s no waste from overproduction. For you, it’ll mean that you have something made especially for you, so if you have any custom requirements for the piece you’ve bought just let me know. Hopefully I can then incorporate it into your new piece of clothing!

TIMESCALE

It will take between 2-3 weeks from the point of your order to shipping your piece of clothing. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If you need your clothes in a hurry, please email me at studio@hayleycherkas.com and I can hopefully accommodate you if I have the space :)

RETURNS

I accept returns on all pieces made to order unless they have had custom work or amendments done. With these, all sales are final, although of course any piece can be returned if it’s faulty (although this will be extremely rare!). The returns period is 14 days from the point at which you receive your order.
