SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped in home-compostable and plastic-free packaging within 2 week of your order being placed. Please refer to the table below to calculate the shipping time and cost for your order:

FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU:

For delivery to countries outside of the EU your order may be subject to duties and taxes to be paid to your local customs office before delivery can be completed. This will be in addition to the price paid for delivery on our site and this amount varies depending on the destination country. As each country has different duties please check with the customs office in your country to get more information on whether this is applicable and how much it will cost before placing your order. Unfortunately I can’t tell you for sure how much this will be and I can’t guarantee that your order won’t be subject to duties; I wish I could!

RETURNS:

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, full priced items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving them. All items must be returned unworn with the labels still attached. I cannot accept returns on damaged or soiled pieces. Please email studio@hayleycherkas.com to arrange your return or exchange.

Returns are at the customer’s expense and once received your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible (exchanges dependent on stock). The full value of your order, excluding delivery, will be refunded to the method that you used to pay. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for refunds to reach your bank account.
