What makes a pair of Hayley Cherkas trousers so special?
SIZING:
My trousers are designed to fit people who have a larger waist to hip ratio. If you’re shaped anything like me, you’ll know that trying to find trousers that fit really well is almost impossible. They are often way too tight on the hips whilst fitting on the waist, or have a gaping waist whilst fitting the hips. It can be so frustrating that it makes you dread having to look for a new pair!
That’s why my trousers are designed differently.
For each size, a few extra inches are added to the hips, cleverly patterncut for the trousers to be as 3-dimensional as possible. Each style is designed to fit in a super-flattering way that skims over your curves instead of squashing you flat - I hope that you’ll try on these trousers and wonder where they’ve been all your life?!
QUALITY:
There’s fewer better feelings when getting dressed than putting on something that’s made as beautifully on the inside as it is on the outside, and knowing you’re wearing something that’s been sewn with attention to the details. With the construction of a zip placket, the binding inside a waistband and the topstitching on a yoke, each element is considered and carried out carefully, resulting in a pair of trousers that are built for whatever life throws at them.
